6.1 AiExamRadar offers Monthly (₹99/month) and Yearly (₹799/year) premium subscription plans.
6.2 Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
6.3 Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6.4 Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction date, provided you have not used any premium features during that period. To request a refund, email support@aiexamradar.com with your order ID and registered email address.
6.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days after the 7-day refund window.
6.6 For billing disputes or failed payment issues, contact support@aiexamradar.com within 30 days of the transaction.
